At Lovy Studios, we strive to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience for all customers. Please read the following carefully before placing your order. By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Lovy Studios, customer satisfaction is a priority. If your order isn’t as expected, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

We accept returns under certain conditions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges are not accepted.

Returns will not be accepted for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Dissatisfaction with product quality

All product materials, product details, sizing information, and product photos are clearly displayed on our website to help customers make informed purchasing decisions before placing an order.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only in specific cases where the issue was caused by an error on our end. Eligible refund situations include:

  • Receiving the wrong product or incorrect product colour.
  • Failure by our shipping partner to provide valid tracking, resulting in non-delivery.
  • An address or order processing error made by our team.
  • Any other verified internal error that directly caused incorrect delivery or non-delivery of the order.

All refund requests must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe and must be supported by clear photo or video evidence. Claims submitted without sufficient proof may not be approved.

3. Customer Responsibility

Lovy Studios is not responsible for non-delivery or failed delivery of orders in the following cases, and refunds will not be issued:

  • The customer entered an incorrect or incomplete shipping address at checkout.
  • valid phone number was not provided, preventing courier contact or delivery updates.
  • The customer failed to pick up their parcel within the required timeframe, resulting in it being returned to sender or discarded by the courier/postal service.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase. Please double-check all information before completing your order.

4. Shipping Errors Outside of Our Control

We are not liable for delivery issues that occur after a parcel has been handed over to the shipping carrier. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Delays caused by customs or border inspections
  • Parcels held, returned, or confiscated by customs
  • Lost or stolen parcels after delivery has been marked as complete
  • Incorrect delivery made by the courier despite the correct address being provided
  • Weather or natural disaster delays
  • Airline, freight, or postal service strikes
  • Government-related or unforeseen logistical disruptions
  • Any courier or postal errors beyond our direct control

While we will always assist where possible, refunds cannot be offered for issues that are outside our responsibility. But please feel free to contact us for a suitable solution.

5. Order Cancellations & Changes

Orders can only be cancelled or changed within 1–3 days of being placed.
You may cancel or request changes to your order by:

  • Logging into your customer account and cancelling the order manually, or
  • Contacting our customer support team via @Lovy.Studios on Tiktok within this timeframe.

Once an order has been processed or placed into production (typically within 1–3 business days), it can no longer be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
This policy is in place to:

  • Reduce waste and overproduction,
  • Maintain efficient processing and dispatch times for all customers, and
  • Ensure smooth coordination with our manufacturing team.
6. Pre-order policy

This Pre-Order Policy applies to all pre-order purchases placed between February 5 and February 28.

1.⁠ ⁠Shipping Time Frame

Pre-order items require an estimated 3–4 weeks for processing and shipping. This timeframe allows us to ensure quality production and careful fulfillment. Please note that the estimated shipping window may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

2.⁠ ⁠Payment

Payment for pre-order items is processed at the time of purchase to secure your order. This guarantees that your item is reserved, as pre-order products may be limited in quantity.

3.⁠ ⁠Order Updates

You will receive email updates regarding the status of your pre-order, including confirmation once your item has been shipped. Tracking information will be provided after the order has been dispatched.

4.⁠ ⁠Cancellations & Changes

Pre-orders can only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order is considered final and changes or cancellations will no longer be possible.

5.⁠ ⁠Delays

While we aim to meet the estimated shipping timeframe, production or delivery delays may occur. In such cases, we will keep you informed of any changes to the expected delivery schedule.
